We wanted a personal challenge and to raise some cash for charity, so decided to walk 100 miles of some of the most beautiful and breathtaking scenery in Britain.

This is the short story of our little adventure and how we reacted to jellyfish, angry-looking cows and frisky horses, as well as the fact that Tenby wasn’t where it was supposed to be!

In 2015, Deb and her friend Mandy Collett, both Welsh and both working for SSAFA in Cyprus, took on the challenge of walking 100 miles to raise money for the charity.

Every penny of any proceeds from this book will go to the British charity SSAFA, which provides lifelong support for serving and retired military personnel and their families.

A note for readers

This is not a definitive guide to walking the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. It is a short book of fewer than fifty pages about the five days Deb spent walking in Wales with her friend Mandy.
